How soon should we place the order?

Bridal gown takes about 1-2 month, for bridesmaid dress its 2-4 weeks delivery time. But for ensuring you have enough time to prepare for your wedding, we recommend that you send us your order at least 3 months before the wedding. We also provide rush orders that can be completed in 2-4 weeks (bridal gown), 5-10 days (bridesmaid dress) with a 15% rush fee (not including shipping time).

How to place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by phone or by fax. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express and cash.

Should the bridesmaids order together or separately?

We recommend that the bride or an appointed person order all the dresses as one package so that the group discount can be applied, and to save on delivery costs. But if you would like your bridesmaids to order separately, please give us a call.

Can I cancel the order after the ordered is placed or make a return after I receive the items?

Since the dresses are made to order, once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. Only under special circumstances and if the order has not yet entered the manufacturing process, the order can be canceled upon request from the Client subject to a 15% handling fee. The items cannot be returned if the client has received them. The only exception is if the Dressmakers made an error in the correct measurements given by the Client.
